Ariete is the Michelin star rated vision of partners Michael Beltran, former Cypress Room sous chef, and Jason Odio, owner of popular Brickell watering hole, Sidebar. An indoor, outdoor experience on a lush, tree-lined avenue in Coconut Grove, Ariete offers innovative cuisine in anew-American-meets-New-World way. Featuring a Sunday supper-style, family-friendly feel, the menu features shareable entrees and snacks revolving around a wood fired grill.
